Freight Information For Ordering Pickup Truck Tool Boxes

Freight Hints

If your truck tool box order must ship by truck freight rather than UPS or FedEx, the more you order the less freight costs per item. If you're ordering a pickup truck tool box that must ship freight, get a friend (or several) to buy their truck tool boxes at the same time. Ask around, you're doing them a favor. Trucking companies typically have a weight minimum, so to add an item or two costs little.

There is always an additional charge for residential delivery of your truck tool boxes by truck freight. If you can have your pickup truck tool box order delivered to a business location, you will save money.

Make certain that you are ordering the right truck tool boxes for your application. If you order the wrong truck tool boxes or if you change your mind, you will be charged for the return freight and for the original freight. We cannot absorb these expenses under any circumstances. If a truck tool box requires measurements by you, accuracy is your responsibility. 

Freight Damage

Even though damage is very unlikely, make sure that your order is inspected immediately at the time of delivery. Any freight damage should be noted on the delivery document to simplify your claim, so open the carton and inspect for damage. Since all items leave the factory undamaged, any transit damage is the responsibility of the carrier.
